Value Medical Supplies will not accept returns without prior authorization. Returns will be subject to a 15%  restocking fee plus additional shipping fees and "MUST" be returned in the original box and be in "MINT" condition.
Any claim that is not made within 7 days of receiving merchandise deems the sale final, "NO" exceptions. Bathroom items are non-returnable
